Fees for Mobile Notary Services:
$ 15.00 – Per Signature per Document [State-Regulated], PLUS
$ 45.00 – Mobile Service / Convenience Fee* (Covers Time & Travel Expenses)
*Mobile Service Fee due & payable even if signing does not take place when Notary arrives, or if
cancelled less than 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment. Credit card to be provided in
advance for week-end appointments – 24-hour cancellation required, or service fee charged.
Additional fees:
Wait Time Fee – After 20 minutes – $15.00 (for 1st 30 min.); $15.00 for every additional 15 minutes
After Hours Additional Fee – $25.00 to $75.00 [Between 8:00 PM & 7:00 AM]
Additional Mileage over 40 miles Round-Trip – $1.00 per mile
“Short Notice / Last Minute” Service – No Additional Charge!
Fees for Loan Document Signing Services:
$175 – $200 – 1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc.)
$ 100 – Second set of loan documents at same signing
